IS SHIPPING FREE?

YES! Mepurelab U.S. customers gets Free shipping on every order with NO order minimums. International customers only pay a flat rate of $10 shipping cost.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please allow up to 2 business days for payment to process on our end.

• Once your payment has processed, please allow up to 2 day to receive your tracking number, as we get your order ready for shipment during that time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number notifying you of the same (please check your junk and spam folders as well).
• For shipping within the US, please allow up to 2 to 3 days for delivery.

If you have not received your order within 1 week, please contact us at sales@mepurelab.com with your order number in the subject line, as the shipping carrier may have lost your item.

Once your item(s) have shipped, we will not be held responsible for late or damaged product(s) (except for items with manufacturing fault).
